Meet the Team

My name is Adrilyn Walker Smith (Lynn), and I am the owner of Good Hands Transport where we are in the process of pivoting to passenger transport services that benefit the needs of the community.

Working as a Healthcare Professional at for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in several divisions for over 20 years allowed me to develop a unique to identify gaps within the transportation industry as it relates to patient care. I received my Lean Six Sigma certification at the University of Alabama and re-certified at Georgia Tech. These credentials in efficient methodologies and divisional processes, along with my extensive experience with Voice of the Customer (VOC), allows me to quickly identify waste and inefficiencies in existing business processes.

As a Customer Experience Professional and Wellness coach, I have extensive experience identifying and understanding the barriers with transportation that patients face in accessing necessary medical care. Being able to make appointments with a primary care physician (PCP) not only promotes preventive care, but also fosters a supportive environment for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.

I have been collecting data for decades, and my business model is based on Voice of the Customer and meeting a need. At the time I was pivoting, it was essential that my business had to be impactful, used as a vehicle to change someone’s trajectory, be beneficial to the community, and provide jobs that would benefit the ecosystem.

For the last 6 years, my current business is dedicated to providing transportation services for families throughout the State of Alabama. I ensure safe and efficient transportation for various purposes such as medical appointments. Every ride is planned with the utmost consideration for timeliness, safety, and comfort.
