A: Pricing is based on a base rate plus a per-mile rate. You will receive your fare before your booking is confirmed. This ensures transparency with no surprise charges.

A: At this time, we cannot accommodate motorized or standard wheelchairs. Riders must be able to transfer in and out of the vehicle independently or with assistance from a companion.
