I met a kind lady today at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport. As I was standing in line to go through security I realized I didn’t have my phone and hoped I had left it in my car or on the shuttle bus. I was frantic hoping the shuttle would come back around real soon and was afraid I would miss my flight. Then I heard a voice saying, ‘Ma’am, are you waiting on a ride?’ So I explained my situation to her and she told me she would take me to the parking lot!! Her name is Adrilyn (Lynn) and she saved my day!! We saw the shuttle and thankfully my phone was on it. Adrilyn saved me from what would surely have been a disastrous trip. I was so blessed that God sent her to me literally in the middle of me praying for the shuttle to show up. Thanks to Adrilyn (and Jehovah God) for being there for me in a distressful time. I’m sure she is an avid Bible reader and kept Jesus’ command at Matthew 22:39 where he said, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ Thank you, Adrilyn. I will always remember the kindness you showed me today and all your encouraging words!!

Good afternoon Lynn. It was such a pleasure to be served by you. I cannot express to you in mere words how you eased the tension that had beset my husband and I because of such an unheard of time to be at UAB NORTH PAVILLION AT 5:30 A.M. I needed to be confident that we indeed had a dependable ride. Thank you Lyn for calming our fears and being there for me and my husband. You called us to let us know that you were on your way. You pulled up at 4:00 A.M. We there an hour ahead of time. Therefore we did not have to rush and run both our blood pressures up. You were both professional and personable. Hello! on the night of The Chris Brown and Usher's concert, I could not find my company vehicle. I had a special needs person with me who had become overwhelmed and unable to walk a long distance with out frequent stops. Lynn a Goodhandstransport employee appeared during this difficult time and made us feel safe/secure to help us locate the vehicle to get us both home safely. You truly were our hero this night when we had know clue as to where we were. I simply just want to thank you again. I will never forget this night to know that there are people who genuinely still care!
